These Billing Terms & Conditions describe how payments work when you place an order on the Novelle online store.
A) Payment Options We Offer
You can complete your purchase using one of the following methods (where available):

B) Currency, Prices & Taxes

Prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

We may update prices at any time, but price changes won’t affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Any applicable sales taxes or fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
C) When Payment Is Collected

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

By entering your payment details and placing the order, you authorize Novelle and our payment partners to charge the total amount (including taxes and any applicable fees) to your selected payment method.

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, the order will not be completed.
D) Payment Processing Partners
Payments are handled through third-party processors such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Klarna.

These providers process your payment data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Novelle does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

If you use Klarna (or similar services), your payment plan, possible interest, and fees (if any) are governed by your agreement with that provider.
E) Refund Handling
Refunds are processed in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method, whenever technically possible.

Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take several business days after we process the refund for it to appear on your statement.
F) Chargebacks & Disputes
If there’s an issue with your order or payment, please contact us first so we can help:

If you open a chargeback, we may provide your bank/payment provider with documentation showing the transaction was authorized and handled according to our policies. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to restrictions on future orders.
G) Fraud & Security Checks
We may cancel, hold, or review orders that appear suspicious or potentially fraudulent, including unusual order patterns or mismatched billing and shipping details.
For high-value orders, we may request additional verification before shipping.
